About Wayzata Monograms

Wayzata Monograms began in 2021, but my love for personalized details started much earlier.

Growing up in the South, embroidery and monograms were simply part of everyday life. My mom sewed many of my clothes, and some of my favorite childhood memories involve helping her choose fabrics and designs before she brought them to life. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtful, personalized details.

That passion continued into college, where I earned my degree in Apparel Merchandising, combining my love of textiles, design, and quality apparel with a deeper understanding of the industry.

When my oldest daughter was born in 2015, everything came full circle. My mom bought an embroidery machine, and together we began creating personalized gifts, baby items, and keepsakes. Before long, I had my own embroidery machine, and what started as a creative hobby soon grew into Wayzata Monograms.

Today, I work from a home studio in Plymouth, Minnesota, equipped with two embroidery machines that allow me to create everything from one-of-a-kind gifts and baby keepsakes to team apparel and corporate branding. I'm proud to bring Southern charm and Minnesota nice together through timeless embroidery, with every piece stitched with care and attention to detail. My goal is simple: to create embroidery that's beautiful, personal, and made to last.
