Yes! You're welcome to provide your own apparel or accessories, or I can help you source the right items for your project.

Is there a minimum order?

No. I happily accept one-of-a-kind personalized gifts as well as larger orders for teams, businesses, and events.

How much does embroidery cost?

Every project is customized, so pricing depends on the item, stitch count, design complexity, and quantity. While I provide a custom quote for every order, here are a few general starting points.

  • Monograms & names: starting at $20
  • Personalized gifts: typically $25-$75
  • Business logo embroidery: custom quote
  • Team apparel & spirit wear: custom quote

Can you embroider my business logo?

Absolutely. I can have your logo professionally digitized for embroidery and help you choose the best apparel for your team.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround varies by project and season, but most orders are completed with 1-3 weeks. If you have a deadline, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate it.

How do I receive my order?

Most customers pickup their orders in Plymouth, MN. If you're not local or shipping is simply more convenient, I'm happy to ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping costs vary based on your order.

Can I return a custom order?

Because each item is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. I'll work closely with you before production to ensure you're happy with the design, placement, and details.

Can you help with design ideas?

Of course! Whether you know exactly what you want or just have a general idea, I'm happy to suggest fonts, thread colors, layouts, and products.
